A minimum length of stay is required as follows for advanced reservations. Summer, Memorial and Labor Days – 3 nights, 4th of July – 5 nights and Wurstfest – 2 nights. Blocked number of nights may not be cancelled. Stays of five nights or more may be reserved by cottage number. If less than 5 nights, reservations by section only. A 3-night minimum is required during summer season.
RESERVATIONS AND COTTAGES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER PARTIES UNLESS APPROVED BY THE MANAGEMENT. COTTAGES AND DATES WITH MINIMUM OR BLOCKED NIGHT’S OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS MAY NOT BE PARTIALLY CANCELLED. YOU WILL BE HELD FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPLETE NUMBER OF NIGHTS THAT YOU HAVE RESERVED. If a reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be received. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will not receive a refund of deposit.

ADULT REGISTRATION is required with all room rentals. We will not release a room to a minor at check-in.
SECURITY INSPECTIONS: Units are inspected prior to your arrival and again upon your departure. If damages to the unit have occurred during your stay, you will receive a statement indicating the charges processed on your credit card or deducted from your cash deposit.
CHECKOUT: We ask that all those leaving vacate their room by 11 AM. Departure after 11 AM will be subject to an additional charge and must have Front Desk approval.
LATE ARRIVALS: If arriving after 10 PM (3 PM OFF Season) please notify us in advance so arrangements can be made. In case of late arrival, please contact the office to make arrangements.
OFFICE HOURS: 8 AM – 11 PM (Memorial Weekend – Labor Day Weekend) and 9 AM – 3 PM (Off Season). Telephone messages may be picked up at the Front Desk during office hours. Office hours may vary according to occupancy.
VISITING GUESTS:Renting a room does not allow a guest to host a private function using the Heidelberg Lodges facilities without prior consent of the management and payment of a ‘use’ charge. NO VISITING GUESTS OR VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES AFTER 11 PM. All visiting vehicles must be registered in the office and receive a parking permit.
Heidelberg Lodges has a no pet policy. Violation of this policy is cause for termination of stay without refund. We reserve the right to terminate the stay, without benefit or refund of deposit or room rent, of any party who becomes abusive, creates a disturbance or becomes a nuisance to the detriment of the vacation of our other guests. Activities included but not limited to the following will not be tolerated: disruptive behavior, abuse of alcohol and any use of narcotics. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by disruptive, underage, unsupervised individuals will not be tolerated.
Heidelberg Lodges is a NON-SMOKING FACILITY. Smokers are asked to please smoke outside the cottages. Anyone smoking inside the cottages will be charged a minimum of $250 and asked to leave. New Braunfels prohibits smoking inside any public place (except a bar) by City Ordinance.
Service Animals under the ADA are ONLY permitted.
